Another strange post box event! Today there were three packages from different places. The Cure's Paris, the soundtrack to Cool World and a fascinating little book entitled The Shadow of the Winter Palace - The Drift to Revolution 1825-1917. I have no idea where all of this came from, not who sent them.
To the mystery benefactor, many thank yous.
All of this reminds me that I have several things I should mail. Perhaps I can use the mailroom at work, because I just can't face the post office.

Date: 2004-04-15 03:59 pm (UTC)As to Texas food, other than "OMG queso!" surprise me. Muahahaha.
BTW what's your schedule like now, I've spent the last two days trying to figure out when I could call you when I'd a) be conscious and b) wouldn't catch you in teh car or eating dinner or whatever (I've a knack for bad timing, and I always feel weird about it).
Also, any NYC requests, to go in the box (which will have two conveniently labelled "food" "not food" areas, as LUSH products frequently look and smell far too edible.)

Date: 2004-04-15 04:08 pm (UTC)I'm working from about 730 in the morning to around 4-4:30 in the afternoon these days. It's very, very odd.
That would be rocking travel story material, btw.
