summer rain

threeplusfireSome of my massive irritation with life has vanished, due to the rain blowing in from the south. It's hard not to enjoy summer rain, especially when it drops the temperatures back into the seventies.
Work was long. The staff for several states called in sick, and we were slammed with work. I was alone most of the day in Arizona, where I somehow managed to pound out 103 certifications. While I do not expect a prize for my 300% production rate, I did really enjoy the startled expressions on the faces of my managers.
Putting off the laundry for another day, because I'm just too tired. All I want to do is have something to eat and go to sleep, honestly.
