Feb. 22nd, 2011 05:53 pmThis dutch oven may be ridiculously heavy, but I really do like it. Currently making pasta sauce with Italian sausage for dinner. I love the flavor of the fennel in the sausage so much. Maybe time to go spread the bread with garlic butter.
