This dutch oven may be ridiculously heavy, but I really do like it. Currently making pasta sauce with Italian sausage for dinner. I love the flavor of the fennel in the sausage so much. Maybe time to go spread the bread with garlic butter.

Back when we were in Scouts my brother proved you can do just about anything with a Dutch oven that you can with a regular oven. Those were some good campouts.

Mine is too! I love it so much. My oven rack wobbles a little when I put in fully loaded.

If you can find it, you should try the America's Test Kitchen "Almost no knead" bread recipe. It takes a little time, but you bake it in the dutch oven and it comes out awesome.
