Nov. 21st, 2011 05:55 pmTonight's menu is bison roast with baby bella mushrooms in a veal demiglace, served with a baguette and mulled wine. Mostly local too, except for the spices like cloves. Where do cloves even grow?

Who pulled the meat out at exactly 141 degrees without even checking first? This guy! Perfect rare, And everything was pretty damn tasty.
