Oct. 7th, 2003 03:59 pmIt's worth the warped pan and the clouds of smoke, opening all the windows and cranking the fans. We had fantastic blackened salmon with a butter sauce and saffron rice.
We must definitely register at Williams & Sonoma now. The boy needs kitchen gear.
